Gravy [Gluten Free, Vegan Option]
This is a traditional pan gravy, but we use a gluten free flour so you can avoid those carbs. We also use olive oil, not butter, so your arteries will be as clear at a crisp fall day. And... we have a vegan option made with our house vegetable stock. This is one pint, or 16 ounces and serves 4 to 6 people.
